faulty lift staff attitude
The suite was spacious and well appointed. The hotel thought of everything.
I had a problem while using the guest lift. I trapped in the lift multiple times. I had to knock on the door and press the alarm to draw the reception staff's attention. They opened the lift using a special key, but they dismissed my concerns and said I didn't know how to use it.
